On our last Resiliency Radio show about Nutrition and Resiliency we mentioned juicing and we received many requests for recipes.  Here is a recipe we like.

Rick and Lauren’s Organic Green Juice Recipe for 2

4-6 leaves of dark green kale
2 celery sticks
1 cucumber
handful of Italian parsley
1 large fuji apple
½ lemon
½ clove of garlic

(Add more apple to sweeten to taste)

Kamalaya Detox Juice

Coconut Water (500 ml) approx 2 coconuts
Pineapple 500 grams      approx 17.6 ounces
Basil Leaf 10 grams             approx .35 ounces
