It is with a very sad heart that I say goodbye to one of the most pioneering healers of the world. Dr. O Carl Simonton.
Since 2004 Rick and I have been bringing the Raven Drum Healing Circle to the Simonton Cancer Center Retreat in Santa Barbara, CA.
Joined by his wife Karen, Carl Simonton founded the Simonton Care Center, and international Center for Cancer Healing. Carl has been a pioneer in the field of Oncoolgy and Cancer Care since the early 1970's and supported the use of intergrative therapies such as visualization, guided imagery and drumming as a source for healing cancer and journeying through. Carl has treated thousands of patients, has taught them how to live and how to die and has left behind knowledge and wisdom through his books, videos and CD's. I am blessed to have known this remarkable man and want everyone to know about the powerful resources that he has provided. The Simonton Retreat Center will still continue providing retreats in Germany, Japan and California helping people on their brave journey through cancer.If you are living with cancer or know someone who is, please guide them to the Simon Cancer Center for support and love.
