Kale is a Great Source of:
Vitamin K (1327%)
Vitamin A (192%)
Vitamin C (88%)
Manganese (27%)
Good Source of:
Calcium, Fiber, Copper, Tryptophan, Vitamin B6, Potassium.

High Grade Virgin Coconut Oil is primarily 44.6% lauric acid, 16.8 myristic acid, 8.2% palmitic acid, and 8% caprylic acid.

Virgin Coconut Oil is a food that is one of the best cooking oils you can use. Tropical climates have used it for years. Its chemical structure, when used as a cooking oil, is kept in tact and therefore is resistant to mutations of fatty acid chains even when used in higher cooking temperatures, unlike most vegetable oils. Research has shown that the medium chain fatty acids found in virgin coconut oil may help boost the body's metabolism, may raises body temperatures, as well as may help provide greater energy which can lead to weight loss.

Virgin Coconut oil is rich in lauric acid, a nutrient that supports the body's immune system. Lauric acid is also found in human mother's milk. The average adult should include about 3.5 tablespoons of coconut oil per day in their diet.

‘A Little Faith’ Arrives Right on Time from Lauren Monroe

a_little_fatih_cover300Lauren’s latest song, “A Little Faith” is newly releasing.  We caught up with Lauren to ask her some questions about this beautiful, timely creation.  Here are our questions & her responses:

~ Where were you when this song, 'A Little Faith' came to you?  In other words...  Was there a particular experience or situation that guided you to writing this song?

Lauren~
I was writing at home with my writing partner Mark. We were sitting outside on the deck looking at the Santa Monica Mountains as the sun was setting.

It was one of those magical moments where the light was gold and the trees were speaking.  It was the end of our session and we had already created two other songs we really liked.

Mark just started playing the beautiful guitar line, and I started singing the words as if the song was already created.  We only stopped briefly to work out the bridge so that the music could follow the vocal melodies that were streaming through.

It was magic and I knew something very healing was happening.  It brought tears to my eyes.  I received a healing from it and I think that we were able to capture that pure moment in our recording of the song so everyone who listens can join us in that very magical moment.

~ What inspired, 'A Little Faith'?

Lauren~
Being completely in the moment.  Being at one with my surroundings, listening with my heart open.

~ Why now?  Why do you feel like now is the perfect time for 'A Little Faith'?

Lauren~
I can’t think of a time where we couldn’t use a little faith.  And now, with all of the constant conflicts in our world and uncertainty of our future, it seems very timely for ‘A Little Faith’ to arrive.

~ What are you hoping people feel when they hear, 'A Little Faith'?

Lauren~
A waking up of their own deep faith, the inner voice, a whisper from the highest self letting them know they will be OK.

~ How do you tap into your faith and keep it strong?  What keeps faith alive in you?

Lauren~
Doubt does...  Sometimes I don’t think I have any faith at all, but the unseen world moves me and shows me that my doubt is just a bunch of noise.

I am thankful for doubt because If I didn’t have any I wouldn’t really know what faith is, would I?

Also, I’ve found that to have great faith we must let go of a particular outcome and know that whatever happens will be for the highest good, even though it may not be the end result that I had hoped for.  It may be that the most horrible person gets away with an incredible injustice or crime.  Even when someone dies, or leaves us, if we fail or become sick, I have faith that there is a higher purpose beyond my understanding.
This knowing carries me, however difficult it may be in the moment or in my lifetime, this kind of faith restores my hope and vision to be present here in the world.

Stay tuned for more from Lauren on ‘A Little Faith’ coming up in her next update.

Lauren will share where she finds faith when she feels like hope is gone, as well as more about the musical quality of  ‘A Little Faith’ and other songs coming in the collection.

A Little Faith will be available online May 18th on www.laurenmonroe.com and on iTunes.
