The last Resiliency Radio show was great. I can’t thank everyone enough for being a part of it. We really felt everyone there with us.  If you have not listened to the show yet the archive is available at www.blogtalkradio.com/resiliency-radio

I want to respond to some of your twitter and FB posts sharing your experiences. Some of you had very emotional reactions from sadness to elation. Yes, that is very common! Remember our intentions were to release and connect.  We can’t always anticipate what kind of emotions or stress will be released for ourselves, it’s different every time. Trust that whatever feelings or images came up for you, were there waiting to be seen and lifted. One of our friends Allison, had a very profound experience with her Grandfather who was in the process of passing into spirit. What a tremendous gift Allison. Believe everything that you felt. Every goosebump, every sigh, laugh and tear. The unseen world reaches out and into us in profound and beautiful ways. Being together to witness these moments of oneness are so very important for all of us.
